Perfect hotel, amazing staff, clean room, reception staff are very welcoming, guest relation lady is amazing and friendly. Chief of seafood restaurant “Ahmed Darwish” is very supportive and friendly. Food is amazing.

Few issues with house keeping , they can add more activities

The room size is good for a family of four. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the village, many popular restaurants, and the beach. The beach itself is amazing and very clean, and it was always easy to find sunbeds.

The rooms are in serious need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. The shower rod kept coming off, and the toilet looked old and poorly maintained. Considering how expensive the room was, I absolutely did not feel that the quality or overall experience justified the price. Unfortunately, the service also left me feeling frustrated throughout my stay. Mariam from Guest Relations tried to help arrange some restaurant bookings for my friend and me, but not all of them were secured. On our last day, I remember asking her if I could go to a restaurant just 30 minutes earlier than planned, and I was told there was “no way” because it was fully booked. I decided to go anyway about an hour earlier and try my luck, only to find the restaurant practically empty. They welcomed me in without any issue. Experiences like this made me feel that the hotel was unnecessarily complicating things rather than trying to make our stay easier. I was also extremely disappointed that my 13-year-old daughter was treated as an adult for the hotel charges. I asked whether an exception could be made given her age, but I was told it was simply “the system.” I ended up paying an additional $120 per day for her for all four nights $480 in total. For a hotel at this price point, I expected more understanding and flexibility rather than simply being told that nothing could be done. What really left a bad final impression happened on the day of our departure. My original driver, whom I was supposed to pay around $70 for the airport transfer, had an accident and could no longer take us. The hotel arranged a replacement car for $250. I understand that it was a last-minute arrangement, but charging more than three times the price felt excessive. After already spending a significant amount on this stay, I left Jazz Elite feeling, unfortunately, that I had been seriously overcharged rather than looked after. The food by the pool was also very average, and the service was slow.
