All aspects are manicured to the top level
High volume and type of music that doesn’t fit with the high level of the hotel nor with the conception of « relax « at the beach during the afternoons . Quiz Games in Italian were disturbing for the same reason. Both entertainements can continue but more discretly .

Location and the beach. The staff was really helpful especially Ms. Menna from Guest Relations, she was very welcoming and cooperative. If I would stay there again, it would be because of her exceptional help.
Hotel needs to be renovated.

Food was really good.
The room was spacious
Receptionists were not nice and very very slow calling their Mr. every second. We checked out in 45 minutes although we had 2 people in front of us.
Very over priced for what you get at the end.
Staff not helpful at all they tell you ok will help you now and maybe / maybe not reply back an hour later.
Have to walk to another hotel near by for breakfast.
