Fantastic location - a 5 minute walk to Co-op Live. Clear instructions to collect keys and overall great communication. The flat is basic but clean and perfect for a one night stay if you're off to a gig.
Shower door doesn't close, nor do the bedroom doors so if the windows are open they constantly bang in the breeze

The location for co-op live is great, just 5 minute walk.
The building that the apartment is located is is a little dirty in the communal areas, there was a strong smell of the devil's lettuce.

Location was excellent for access to AO arena. Owner was responsive to messages
There was no car parking permit (cleaner may have taken it by accident), which was a bit of a worry as to whether we’d get a parking fine, although to be fair the owner did say they’d pay it if that happened (it didn’t thankfully!)

Great Location and communication made it easy to find.
Great shower lovely and warm and powerful.
It is very basic. No little things such as coffee and tea they were empty. No shower gel but a used imperial leather soap.
The toilet seat was broken and the apartment was freezing cold when we arrived.
