The location was fantastic for co op live and the etihad
The apartment felt grubby, although it had been cleaned. There were stains on the kitchen walls, no curtains in the living room. The pictures shown on the listing were different to what was actually there. The owners said there may be some wear and tear but it felt poorly maintained. There was clothing in the tumble dryer like some one was still staying there

Excellent location and apartment just for what we needed. Everything in apartment. Great place.

Fantastic location a stones throw from Coop live and Etihad with parking space allocated. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large sofa offering plenty of room. Some cleaning materials, tea and coffee left for our use
Communal areas were a little dirty and smelly. No curtains in the lounge

Perfect Location for venue we were attending as it was within walking distance
Apartment was very well used and very tired . Needs someone to put a few things right , I will try and contact hosts directly to point out somethings.
