Terrible wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! AVOID This property looks nothing like the photos, its dirty and lots of things broken or damaged, the front door wasn't really secure, it's says private parking which is correct as long as you get there before check in time otherwise it's in a carpark over the road at an extra cost, the host instructions wasn't very clear and when we rang to confirm on the number provide it's wasn't the host Adam that answered by someone completely different, we raised an issue on the night with booking.com and the host and didn't stay as it wasn't clean and smelt terribly due to wet washing left behind in washer, there was also blood on the furniture and dirt, my partner was bitten by something else living in the property, we have since spoken to Adam who advised we would get a full refund via booking.com this hasn't happened at all and now is refusing to answer any of our messages. We have multiple photos and videos that have been sent to booking.com and since arriving home from this property I have been taken ill with shingles so wouldn't recommend those apartment to anyone even the people coming into our country get better accommodation and correspondence than what this host has done to us. Also the photos on the website are from when the property was originally purchased, so shame on host. Feel that leaving this review is the only thing left after no response from host and would hate anyone to go thro what we did.

I dont wish on my enemy

On arrival I had to call the host on phone to direct me in the building with code to open the door it was late but there was an on going construction on the building and it mot safe only to realise the apartment door was left open and the door is bad you can prep through the hole to se inside i complain and decide to give pass the night the next day I called him all day to arrange my refund so that I can find a safe place for my wife and I to enjoy our holiday but he did not answer then that night we got fire alarm and the fireman said his swith for for.alarm is bad and need fixing thag why we all got out all night please I need my full refund Ime and my wife have not been on holiday for 4years and this is how we experienced our first holiday booking on booking

The apartment was clean and lovely, I had good communication with Adam via messages regarding how to check in and parking and he replied promptly.

There wasn't a shower curtain but I contacted Adam after my stay to make him aware and he was getting that sorted ASAP for the next guests.
