Went with 3 friends, walkable to Etihad stadium and shops and trams about a minute walk away. Check-in was easy with a key safe, and the entire place felt nice and cozy. All appliances, kitchenware, bathroom supplies and other toiletries were provided. Both bedrooms clean and the beds were quite comfy :) Good wifi too. Overall super satisfied with everything and we enjoyed the stay.
Host requested a refundable £100 damage security deposit, which wasn't stated on the property listing, on the day that the cancellation fee takes effect. Contacted booking.com to clear things up and it wasn't an issue.
Met with a mildly uncomfortable damp-like smell upon entry but it aired out.
Backyard in poor shape, and some of the utensils / tableware had some visible marks of usage or small amounts of residue like lip gloss on the wine glasses.
Overall felt like a bit of a sketchy booking, but had no real issues in the end.
