It is a unique little studio with a loft near SM mall and festive mall. They security were very kind polite and professional

Location
Delays in the Authorization. I am expecting for a smooth check-in but they forgot to provide the authorization form during my check-in. I booked on Jan 21st and expected to arrived Jan 22nd early morning but good thing I arrived early but it took an hour before I check in the host didn't process the authorization form ahead of time. What if I arrived around 1am where the office is close and no authorization.?
I stayed to different condominium unit and they provide everything. There is no Soap and Shampoo, no wet rug for shower.
