The place is conveniently located near SM City which made it easy to do quick grocery runs. Check in and check out was uncomplicated and the host was very helpful and super responsive. The unit itself had everything we needed! It was raining in Iloilo during our stay so we spent most of the time inside the unit and it was worth it. We also enjoyed the pool when the sun finally came out! It was clean and a right-fit for both kids and adults. Overall, we felt safe and at home.
The guards were not friendly, compared to the maintenance staff. I know this is not within our host's control anymore but maybe feedback can be given to the agency that SMDC Style uses to give their guards customer service training.

The property was clean and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated how near it was to the mall, making everything convenient. The host communicated well, was very accommodating, and replied quickly, which made the stay smooth.
