We had such a wonderful stay!
The house is beautiful, new and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need. You can feel that every little detail has been created with love and care. The large peaceful garden, the lovely lights in the evening and the quiet atmosphere made us feel completely at home.
The beach is very close, Nikiti is just nearby, yet the house feels wonderfully calm and private.
And a very special thank you to Kimon — always smiling, warm, kind and incredibly hospitable. Everything was perfectly organized, every detail was exactly as promised, and he made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment.
We are so happy that we had the chance to be Kimon’s guests — and even happier to leave feeling that we have made a new friend. ❤️

Fish Eye is amazing, newly built 2-bedroom duplex house in Nikiti featuring a large private courtyard and excellent facilities. Away from the noise and crowds yet close to the beach which can be easily accessed on foot or by car. Excellent host, friendly, communicative and always ready to help. Secure, private parking inside the courtyard. Great BBQ facilities. Everything you need for an excellent vacation. Highly recommended!
