Location to the Beach
Everything very close by, restaurants etc
We stayed in late June so was colder part of the year, but the weather was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again in the warmer months. All up a great place to stay

Location was great!! Esplanade walks at your doorstep. You could see and hear the sea! 10 minutes drive to Marion. Price was good. Owners easy with arrival times. Master bed mattress was comfy. Unit could sleep up to 5 with 3 on a bunk bed best suited to kids or small adults. Full kitchen and laundry provided - a great seaside escape for a small family!!!
The main areas were clean (kitchen, floor, bathroom vanity) but the bathroom walls had mould and lint stuck all over them, the air-conditioner vents were really dusty (laying in bed looking up you could see a big cornice crack and a dirty aircon). Second bedroom linen was thin, no mattress protector (could see mattress thru the sheet) and quilt was hard. Cushions on master bed and couch were stained. We chose to remove them due to this. Parking was on street or in carpark across the road.

The apartment is in a great location near the beach, with good cafes nearby.
There was lots of space, both in the living area and bedrooms. Having a washing machine to use was also really great.
Most supplies etc were good, but there was no coffee and only one spare toilet roll supplied for a week’s accommodation. Fortunately there was a Foodland supermarket nearby
