Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, mitten in den Bananenplantagen. Sehr schön waren die beiden Terrassen auf dem Dach und vor unserem Treppenaufgang zu Padres C. Es gab auch ein Schwimmbad, sehr schön und neu, Wasser halt -wie überall in Pools- ziemlich kalt.
Die Wohnung war schon recht klein. ( geschätzt knapp 30 m2) Das „Wohnzimmer“ war eine Fernsehecke mit Couch von 2x2 m.Sehr funktional eingerichtet, aber etwas ohne Charme und Heimeliges. Ein typisches Vermietungsobjekt, zB. auch key-box. Eine Waschmaschine wäre bei 3 Wohneinheiten auch ganz sinnvoll.
