Beautiful location, close to wexford
We was sent the wrong link by email on the day for the property by booking.com , it sent us 15 miles out of the way, so used the eirecode which got us within 2 or 3 houses of the accomadation , but there was no name on the gate ? Could be better signposted

Everything, Studio is amazing, comfy bed, pillows great sleep. We were there 4 nights. Bathroom great shower , fluffy towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner provided. Games to play pool, darts and great TV to watch all the latest TV. Homemade bread provided, Yummy, Tasty, 3 types wheaten, white and brown sliced. Cheese, ham, milk, orange juice, butter portions. Very generous and helpful plenty of teabags, coffee etc. Microwave, toaster, ninja cooker , plenty of kitchen utensils, kettle, kitchen area to wash dishes. Exceptionally dog friendly Perfect, doggy dishes provided we brought ours and doggy beds. Hosts are Fantastic people, Kevin, Claire and Thomas. They have a beautiful big garden. Our doggies met there 3 doggies Daisy, Bailey and Mabel and they saw the cats who were busy doing there own thing.Gardens are immaculate, whole experience brilliant. We had a car so it was easy to get to all the places to visit.

We loved the country studio very much. Its more than a studio, its an experience.
Kevin, Tom and Claire gave us a warm welcome. This together with their dogs Bailey, Daisy and after a while Mabel as wel.
We felt at home emediately and Tom and Claire gave us an lift in to town and back, as they went thereselve.
The kitchenette was equiped enough for breakfast and in the fridge was juice, milk, butter and cheese. Together with two sorts of bread and a toaster. We had everything we needed for a good breakfast.
We used the pool table a few times and I even won. The bathroom was more than fine and the shower was great. It had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The water came frome their own well and was drinkable.
We will come back definitely.
Next time we take the ferry in Roselare.

Everything - from the size to the service and facilities. Absolutely brilliant stay , we’d be delighted to come back again. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts who made our mini honeymoon very special.
