Location was perfect for our trip. Loft type studio was also ideal since we ate out most of the time we were there. Liked the decor and privacy.
Parking. The parking in the back was taken on two of our three nights and while we parked in the same lot we were concerned about it being an issue or being towed.There are a few bars/restaurants close by that use the same lit.

Cleanliness, surrounded by many bars within walking distance, beautiful decor.
They’re 4 slots reserved for those in the building, but sometimes that parking lot is full & those spots are taken. I ended up parking in one of the parking spaces for the bar but slept weird hoping my car wouldn’t get towed.

the code did not work at first and they had to reset it, I was able to get a ahold of someone uquickly and we got in, the hosts are super hands on with the property, the rooms are brand new , were very clean and spacious , you could fit 4 people in the room. We had a positive experience overall. Anna Maria Island 20 minutes away, Sarasota 40 min away. People in town were super nice
the ac made noise, during our first night but luckily they were gracious enough to change us rooms, amazing service received .

The property was very clean, up-to-date stylish
The TV, it is a smart TV and there were no instructions how to watch the local stations. I am not an individual. It does a lot of streaming so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t watch the shows that I typically watch.
