Outside noise is an issue, but it is completely out of the property's control.

The price was pretty good but you get what you paid for
The bathroom situation was awful. It's one bathroom shared with a dorm and another room so more than 10 people share the same bathroom. The shower and the toilet should be separated, that would improve the situation a bit.
The room had only two sockets, one of which was needed for the fan to not die from the heat.
The room was really small, the bed occupied the whole space.
There weren't hooks to hang stuff like the towels .
You can only pay in cash.
