The location is perfectly close to Apollo Bay but away from the hustle of a big town.
The views are to die for
Provides everything even if you intend to stay for a longer duration.
If only the cleaning in certain areas can be uplifted but nothing of a big concern.

Excellent location, and a wonderful space for a cozy getaway! Has a beautiful view of the ocean, room is well kept with all amenities available, and in a great location to explore the Great Ocean Road. The room is well sized too.

The location is very special. Right on the coast with uninterrupted view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was very soothing.

Beautiful view, cosy place. Could easily spend a few days here.
The owner was notified of an all day planned power outage (9:30am - 3:30pm) and chose not to tell us because "notifications do not always mean that the planned interruption will proceed as advised". We were mid way through cooking, and then didn't have access to drinking water (must have been electric pump).
It was fine - not bad enough to leave but not clean like you'd hope. The windows had a thick layer of salt spray, there was a layer of dust on shelves, grime on the utensils by the stove, other peoples hair in the bed and the towels smelt like someone smoked in the same room as them drying.
