El apartamento estaba genial, luminoso, amplio, nuevo, con todas las comodidades, pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo el anfitrión, Gianluca es genial, nos tenía toda clase de obsequios, una cerveza fría, vino, dulces, snacks, agua, café....
Tuvimos un problema de overbooking y llegamos a Roma de madrugada, Gianluca estaba esperándonos para facilitarnos todo y darnos la bienvenida. Jamás, y digo jamás, me habían tratado tan bien en una reserva. El apartamento está bien ubicado, pero si no quieres andar mucho te recomiendo algo más cerca de Trastevere.
Yo, sin duda, si algún día regreso a Roma, volveré aquí. 100% recomendable.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed (and more!). Th best part of this place was the host - Gianluca was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and clearly goes above and beyond for his guests.

The room was exactly as pictured, and bigger - rarely have I stayed in a place where the pictures make the house look smaller than it is. The host was welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic in greeting us. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. It was spacious and there was plenty of creature comforts in the room. We got free tea and coffee and snacks upon arrival. The kitchen was moderately stocked with essentials, so we were able to cook a little as well. I highly recommend the place.
There was a bit of a sewage smell in the toilet but if you close the door and leave the fan switched on, it would clear itself out.

The location is only great if you need access to Termini station. The area is a dirty and not too safe due to the closeness to the main station. The host is amazing and received us well and accommodated us very well with luggages after check out too. Has all basic necessities to stay the night
The house is smelly. Has a strong odour of drainage which is evident every time you walk out and in. The bed spreads are extremely used and could be refurnished. It is a great big house near station.
