Cleanliness was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to store our bags before check-in.
The shower could have been better maintained. The glass door wouldn’t close properly, which meant water escaped onto the bathroom floor while showering.
The building’s entry system was also quite temperamental at times and could be frustrating to use.
The room occasionally smelt strongly of smoke when returning, despite the no-smoking signage. The smell would come into the room from time to time, which was unpleasant.
