Disappointing communication with the host + cleanliness below the standard
Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the lack of communication from the host. We tried to contact the host several times before our areival to Naples via mesages and calls, even through booking customer services, but received no response
The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty, especially as we were travelling with children.
The accommodation was also not so clean. The overall cleanliness was below an acceptable standard.

Good location, good sized rooms. Nice decor. The apartment is reasonably quiet and safe given the location.
No communal area apart from small hot kitchen without an airconditiong. No settee as shown in pictures so you have to do with four chairs in an old kitchen. Shower has a small leak and the floor is damaged in various places.
