About this apartment rental

Located in the city center, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all in Birmingham. There's convenient secured onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 11-minute walk to Utilita Arena Birmingham or the 11-minute walk to Victoria Square. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Birmingham by hopping on a metro at either Jewellery Quarter Tram Stop, a short 10-minute walk away, or Library Tram Stop, 11 minutes away.

A living room and blackout drapes/curtains are featured at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental. Enjoy the free WiFi and TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. The accommodation is okay but the cleaning staff are not doing a good job to the apartment. So many things are left unclean which is not very good. The apartment is located in a quiet area which is a bonus. The window blinds are too light especially now in summer time where the sunrise very quickly. You can’t have a late lie down because of the ray of sun shining bright on your face. Something need to be done. A big thank you to Anna who has being very helpful and provided us with our request. Our damage deposit was also refunded the same day we left the apartment. Thank you Tudors. I will be visiting in future if necessary step is taken to resolve the cleaning issue. Overall, the apartment is Okay; not bad
