Great location, 1 block from beach. very quiet.
I liked property but be aware it is a 5 floor walk up.

Great location in the historic district, and easy to walk to everywhere. Cute little balcony overlooking the opera house and street below. Kitchen had a fridge and dishwasher. Washer/dryer combo just outside the apartment door in a small closet with a separate key.
Building hallways are very rough, but that isn’t the apartment owner’s responsibility. It just feels sketchy walking up to the 5th floor, and we couldn’t find light switches the first time and had to use our phone lights to find the door. Washer/dryer instructions would be helpful. I threw a load in and after 3 hours it finally stopped, but everything was still wet and the dryer hadn’t started. We ended up just hanging everything up to dry.

Fantastic location and an excellent place for a city break. Would 100% return.
