Staff was helpful, they actually do have 24/7 lobby with staff. Rooms were very nice, decently clean. Everything about the hotel itself was good, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice and everything. We were happy with the quality.
The location is a lie, it is not "right next to Kempegowda International" like they claim. ITS 20 MIN AWAY. Find it on Google Maps - that is the REAL location.

They lie about the location. It says they are next to the airport. In reality they are 20 minutes away.

Yes..it is very clean & location is ok.
But don't get fooled by their advertised location next to the airport.
This is simply not true.
Expect a 20 minute Taxi ride...which is normal for a budget hotel near to Bangalore airport.
The medium priced tariff does not allow for a bathroom towell!!to be supplied.....how pathetic !!!!
Upon asking Carolyn,the manager..she insisted a towell was coming..."2 minutes."."..2 minute please sir.".. But..it took 2 hrs for me to get a bath towell. I had been travelling all day..was tired dirty and hungry...Any half decent hotel always provides a towell.
Surely The Stay on the Way transit hotel must realise that a bath towell is an absolute necessity.?
Perhaps not. .. Carolyn suggested that the management must be told this thing. Again, I say....HOW PATHETIC!!!!!
