The property was gorgeous! Felt private yet near everything. Quiet location with beautiful views. Golf course and entertainment on the back of the property then the pool out front. What could be better!

I liked that the LOCAL cleaning staff attended to the problem as quickly and professionally as they could. We arrived to our destination after an all night drive to find the place had not been cleaned. We had to wait since the cleaners were at another property. There had been an early check in approved the previous day but it had NOT been passed along to the cleaning service!
We had been to an early baseball game and we were trying to unload our vehicles while in between the tournament games. (The tournament venue was an hour away on a very hot SC August day). We had already unloaded the car, we were hungry etc.
When I contacted the property management company (in another state!) they were very disrespectful to me that day and also have been on subsequent phone calls/chats. They never took any responsibility for the issue/mistake. It definitely got our weekend off to a rocky start and it was very inconvenient that morning considering the distance and time restraint we were under. If it could not have been honored when asked, we would have accepted that. But I had the approval in writing.
I will make sure that I never book anything with that management company again.
