The property itself is very beautiful, especially the rooms.
However, it is a very small hotel with very limited facilities. The common areas are also quite small, with a tiny reception area leading directly to the pool.
Unfortunately, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly and not particularly welcoming towards children. At times, it almost felt as though the children were considered a nuisance. For this reason, I would definitely not describe this as a family-friendly hotel.
Another major downside was the pool opening time. The pool could not be used before 11:00 a.m., which I found to be a very unreasonable time, especially when travelling with children. The entire pool area was essentially closed and inaccessible before then.
Overall, in my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a four-star rating. It lacks many of the services and facilities I would expect from a four-star property, and the facilities themselves are quite basic.
