Great location, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom- reasonably spacious for 5 adults- communication was really easy about the location and access to the property. Everything was pretty clean- we enjoyed our night here.
Having seen previous reviews we took eye masks as the downstairs bedroom and the sofa bed room are not particularly well insulated against the light but this didn’t bother us- the sofa bed is very hard.

Clean and tidy, a little dated but comfy and perfect for an overnight stay.
Nothing was bad, pleased with the accommodation. Maybe good to have oven gloves and a large sharp knife in the kitchen, otherwise everything else was there that we needed.

Good location for doing stuff in and around Nottingham. Plenty of outdoor space for when weather is nice
Everything was ok. Sofa bed is a little on the firm side
