The layout, design, facilities were great, as was the location and check in and check out process and welcome. It felt like home and was easy to use and enjoy the city.
There could be instructions to make a few things clearer ex clothes washer. The clothing washer needs to be deep cleaned, especially soap dispenser. It has mold so leaves clothes smelling of mildew. So I had to wash by hand. If there are instructions for users to leave it open to dry after use, there may be less mould buildup. Unfortunately, this is common in many places, even in people’s own homes.
Note: it is on the top (3?) floor and no lift. A kind construction worker who was there, helped me carry my large luggage up the last flight and the very kind woman checking me in also carried one bag for me all of the way up.
