A brilliant home from home at the heart of the city but away from the hubbub.

Central, comfortable, well equipped - perfect!

Nothing!

Gem in middle of edinburgh

Unique and spacious property with great amenities - all you need for a group stay and easy to get into centre of Edinburgh.

Unfortunately heating settings were left programmed to go on overnight leaving for an uncomfortable Friday night sleep during a heat wave. After we managed to figure out how to switch this off for the Saturday, no complaints.

Proximity to town

We slept in the lower ground floor and it was damp, the shower in the bath badly needed the drain cleared as the water didn’t get away fast enough and the sink was badly cracked! The whole property could do with updating it’s tired! Well enough equipped and nicely furnished.
