We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully designed and very comfortable for our family. Having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, was very convenient. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed, and everything in the house worked perfectly. The garage parking was also very useful, and the location was excellent for getting around Edinburgh. If they continue to keep the price reasonable, I honestly think this could be one of the best places for families to stay in Edinburgh. At a reasonable price they will attract many more customers, and we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
There was honestly nothing we disliked. The only small thing I would suggest is that one of the bed mattresses could be improved. It wasn’t bad, but a more comfortable mattress would make an already excellent stay even better.

Self check-in was pretty straight forward. Quaint property that has everything you need for a short visit to Edinburgh. Very close to a bus stop. Very close to fast food restaurants and a mini market. Well equipped, even has a washing machine and a good coffee machine. Overall highly satisfied.
One of the beds is a bit small for 2 people.

The house was nice and spacious with enough room for everybody , they had the basics
The house was not very clean. They had not made much effort at all. They had toilet roll in the kitchen instead of kitchen roll, and nothing nice like milk or tea bags at least. The TV did not work the Wi-Fi worked for 5 minutes and then kept cutting off and worst of all, the owners wanted to come and fix a broken window (which they did not tell us about) while we were staying in the property. This could have been done after we'd left, and we had to firmly insist that they did not send strangers into the house to fix it, while we were there with our children.
