This location is perfect spot, close to tram, train station, and amazing Edinburgh sites. There was more than enough space in this apartment to feel more like a home away from home. Grocery store is around the corner, and many eateries to explore. Bed was comfy, shower was clean, and having a kitchen was a great option.

We stayed here for one week during the fringe with our 3 year old son. It’s perfectly located near the train, Mark and Spencer’s and only 10-20 minute walk from all the main venues. Super clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The management office is near by so you have the staffing and convenience of a hotel but your own apartment.
