The apartment was well situated close to all attractions and within walking distance of Waverley Station. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything you need when away from home . The views from the three bedrooms were stunning. It is on the 2nd floor, with no lift (heritage building) so should be noted if you have trouble with stairs. I would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh 🙂.

Location was excellent and bedrooms were quiet. Living areas were lovely.
The sink in the main bathroom was not draining away properly and was un-useable. We had to brush teeth and wash in the bath or kitchen sink or share the en suite. For 6 people this was a real pain. I contacted the owner on Day 1 of our stay but there was no response.
