Great apartment, spacious, really comfy beds, great location

The apartment needs a bit of TLC in places, but staff were very responsive on WhatsApp if ever needed which was great.

Lovely

Extremely large space - quite close to multiple modes of transportation; quite close to the park and walking distance from some super scenic viewpoints.

Lighting could have been way better - there were like minimal bulbs to keep a room alight; making the space darker than comfortable. That could have been done better. Also it has been more than a month and my security deposit has not been refunded yet.

Located within walking distance to main sites, but overall stay was disappointing.

Location was near to the main Princes Street, with shops within walking distance.

Entrance to apartment is filthy. Found dirty toilet paper and cotton pads in bathrooms. Lack of towels and dishcloths. Kitchen not properly equipped (lack of cutlery). Only 1 toilet for 8 people. Various light fittings where without bulbs. Horserack was broken. No wardrobes. Mismatched furniture.

It was large and location was great

Needs a lot of attention, crap pillows, dirty, no batteries in TV control. External main entrance dirty, toilets in poor condition, coffee machine not working. No instructions for anything, the bottom of the beds were filthy......
