Great location. cute apartment with everything you need. Felt secure. Has character. Can walk to everything including Waverly Station ( about 1 block away) but still quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again. I felt it was a bit pricey but it was peak Edinburgh Festival so everything is pricey.

We were very happy with this apartment. It was clean, spacious and as described. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The washing machine was very useful.

very poor access to upper rooms with limited lift service, had to carry bags up additional flights of stairs including baby and stroller, did not receive daily cleaning/clean towels, access to actual complex was very difficult if not impossible to unload baggage due to location on bridge and construction. would think twice about staying here again.
