It was nice to be able to get the keys from a lockbox without having to specify a time to meet up with someone. If you have multiple young children the flights of stairs might be a little difficult. It was very nice to have a kitchen and be in a great location that made a lot of places easily available. The host was helpful and easy to get in touch with.
The floor was wet near the window due to a pipe constantly leaking down the wall outside. There was not much bedding available for the pull out couch when we arrived but it was dropped off the next day after requesting it.

Location is unbeatable! Right at Royal Miles lane, with key attractions, shops & cafes just steps away.
The apartment has basically everything you need. Just wish it’s not carpeted. As it does looks dirty. Lucky we brought our indoor slippers.

I don’t think you could get a better location if you want to be in the middle of old town and walking distance to the Castle.
The apartment had water leaking onto the carpet. The rest of the carpet had large stains. Everything in the apartment was very dated.

Location was amazing. Right on the Royal mile
The apartment lacked in cleanliness overall. We open the sofa sleeper to find it still had dirty sheets. Luckily, clean sheets were provided so we changed the bedding, removed the toy and went about our holiday. The wine glasses had cobwebs inside them, even though they were upside down. Water pressure was HORRIBLE. you could not rinse the soap off of your body leaving is very itchy. All of this was an inconvenience but did not greatly impact our holiday.
Waking up the morning we were leaving to find bed bugs was the nail in the coffin. We alerted the team and were advised it would be looked into.
