Adequate but very expensive.

It's in a good location, with a tram stop 1 minute away. Lots of different places to eat and coffee shops around. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The apartment has broken or worn items. Simple items such as wine glasses and mugs for tea were missing. The kitchen utensils were not really adequate to cook properly for 6 of us. Basic products like dishwasher tablets were missing.

Not enough beds - no bedsheeds for the Sofa, no reaction from the host!

We were 7 persons and instead of 7 beds like it was told on booking.com, there were just 4 beds and a sofa without bedsheets. Some of us had to sleep on the floor and the host - who we had already written with didn´t answer on our request. On the other day we got a call from the cleaning lady who was wondering about why a room was locked.
