Loved the location, what a great start to our Edinburgh holiday.
Apartment was very comfortable and with a great view. I had the main room with the ensuite - great shower and lovely bed.
Very good video giving instructions the property - thank you.
Cafe on ground floor has excellent breakfast and cakes.
Go slowly up the stairs but worth every step!

The property is clean and tidy and so comfortable. The instructions of how to get in and where everything was were perfect and clear.
The views from the property were amazing.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location of the property is very near to the Waverly Rail Station, Bus Station and the historical center. It was very well equipped with great views to the National Gallery.
The stairs are very old, steep and uneven. You certainly have to grab the stair handrail.

The property had lots of character. It maintained its old city vibe. Lots of space. It was also quite clean and location in city was excellent. Close to city centre, Royal mile and all attractions and public transit. If you are looking for a place that has a historic feel this unit would be nice.
The stairs up to the 3rd floor (67) were narrow spiral stairs and quite difficult to navigate. They would be hard for older guests and a bit dangerous. The shower in the master bath did not work properly and was tricky to operate. The fixture in shower should be replaced which would solve the issues. We paid the same price for a unit in the same location whose facilities were newer and more easily accessible.
