-We were traveling with our 36 year old daughter and son in law and trying to book two hotel rooms for two nights in a good location in Rome was so expensive. This was a great alternative and we had fun. We felt like locals in the most perfect, lively, noisy location.
-The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, beds comfortable, and Wifi good.
-The communication with the property manager ( via WhatsApp) was excellent and so appreciated.
-steep narrow stone stairs to 2nd floor but we are 70 years old and carried our 30 pd suitcases successfully
-Bathroom was small but adequate for our 2 night stay for the 4 of us.
-living area with pull out sofa bed has doors that close to the one bedroom. It is fine for 4 adults comfortable living together with not much privacy.

Lage des Appartements im 2. Stock ist super an dem quirligen Piazza dei fiori. Vor der Haustür viele Restaurants, Shopping- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wenn man das mag wie wir. Man ist wirklich mitten drin, was aber auch zur Folge hat, dass man den Aufbau des täglichen! Marktes auf dem gesamten Platz mit Gestänge klappern... jeden Morgen ab 5 Uhr hört. Interessant zum zuschauen, wie sie alle Flaschen ganz sorgfältig aufstellen... Um etwa 16:00 wird wieder abgebaut, dass sich die Restaurants rundherum wieder mehr in den Platz ausbreiten können. Alles gut zu beobachten, aber bringt halt auch einen gewissen Lärmpegel mit sich.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erkunden, Tiefgarage Giulia am Tiber etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Appartement an sich schön, ABER wir haben uns irreführen lassen mit 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Es wäre toll, wenn das getrennt wäre. Das Wohnzimmer mit den tollen Fenstern bis zum Boden mit wunderbarem Blick auf den tollen Platz wird zum Schlafzimmer und das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum Treppenhaus. Schade, dass man so den Ausblick (auch mal ganz früh oder noch nachts) nur genießen kann, wenn auch die Schlafenden im Wohnzimmer wach sind. Also aufpassen bei der Verteilung der Schlafplätze;) und genau lesen, denn das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt und uns deshalb enttäuscht, ansonsten tolle Unterkunft.

The location was excellent - very central and close to the amenities we needed.
The communication was excellent, we had an issue with getting a taxi early morning when leaving and via WhatsApp were able to get it sorted, saving us a big stress.
It was advertised as 2 bedrooms but it was the living space that had the additional beds. Was ok in the end as we went to bed the same time as the kids each night but just a little trickier for having our own separate space when needed.

Location was perfect for the three of us—right on Campo dei Fiori…
It wasn’t cleaned well—there was a lot of dust on the windowsills and cobwebs, and the sofa bed in the main living area was broken with a Jerry-rigged solution have a big comforter rolled up underneath the bed to keep it from collapsing, which didn’t work well, so we got very bad neck and back issues for a few days because of the u-shape of the “bed”. The management should just invest in a real bed for that room! Also, the toilet seat was completely broken off the toilet so we couldn’t use it. It pinched my hand pretty badly when I tried to fix it, and management did not send anybody right away for that. It was not well attended by management— they seemed quite distracted. But it was spacious, had a large kitchen, and the location was excellent, so overall I feel like it was a good value for three people.
