Logement tres propre, maison confortable, bien aménagée. Domaine tres beau avec une grande piscine, où nous étions souvent seuls à cette période ( dernière semaine d'août). Emplacement parfait, a proximité de la plage flamingo, des restaurants et de l'arrêt de bus. La propriétaire Naira est bienveillante et très attentionnée.
Cependant un peu de bruit de la route quand nous sommes dans le jardin. L'espace extérieur au domaine juste avant de rentrer dans le domaine n'est pas tres propre, de grosses poubelles sont installées et font un peu décharge public, mais rien à dire sur la maison qui était parfaite.

Nice villa, with a cute garden where you can hide from the sun and have a lunch. Location is great, with the grocery store and Indian restaurant on the other side of the street, couple of minutes from Playa Flamingo and walkable distance to Montaña Roja to view the sunset.

Von der perfekten Vorbereitung, um nach der Ankunft ins Haus zu kommen, über die liebevolle und gepflegte Ausstattung sowie die tolle Lage ist alles perfekt. Wohnbereich und (ein) Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert.
Die Terrasse und vor allem der Tisch im Schatten der Bäume sind ein Traum. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Die Kommunikation lief per WhatsApp, super freundlich, immer wieder mal nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist und eventuell etwas fehlt.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier und werden sicher wieder dieses Haus beim nächsten Aufenthalt buchen.
