My new 2023 Thor Quantum 30' sleeps 5 and has 7 belts, full galley, bathroom and shower, hot water, all hookups, bike rack for 2, outside kitchen and tv, Nice quiet rear bedroom features a queen bed with wardrobe and tv. Full slideout on left side makes the galley and living area much bigger. Nice storage inside and also underneath. Spare tire. Lawn Chair. Fishing gear all in the rear hatch. Chassis is a Ford 7.3 with plenty of power, drives nice. Generator included. Fridge works on solar, propane, generator included but I wouldn't leave it on all day as they get hot and shut down, or plug-in. Cord and water hose in the rear hatch. Vehicle has but 5200 miles on it. Shower has never been used nor has the outdoor kitchen. Bedding for the rear Queen and blanket for the overhead bunk is included. 6 Pillows. The galley is well stocked with dishes and cooking pans, all new, even a rice cooker, coffee pot, toaster oven. Our rental is designed for 5 people, a bike rack if you ask, 100 miles a day, and you must have insurance with the program. We go to the Florida State Parks and can tell you about many of them if interested. No pets and no smoking.
