Excellent position but not happy staying there

We wanted a place near to Pisa Airport because we had an early flight and the accommodation was exactly that

The property wasn’t maintained well. The single bed was damaged, the door to main bedroom was also damaged with a nail sticking out. The shower needed updating. One of the douvets was stained. We had to pay the tourist tax and had to leave it on table in apartment because we hadn’t any instructions.

6 / 10

Ghe price was good but the service was not really up to our expectations.

It is spacious and not too far from the center (a 15-20 walk to the station, 30 minutes to the Tower of Pisa)

The shower was not in a great state and the water not always warm. The kitchen lacked equipment (no microwave, not much cooking equipment) and there was nog even a little salt or sugar for when one arrives late. There was nobody to receive us not even on the phone, no instructions for entering the place (we had to exchange by email ti ask for them…)

Scary, uncomfortable, we had to leave

Nothing .

Mostly everything . Beds that were broken, no aircondition in the other rooms, no water in the morning, very hard to communicate with the “owners”.

Lokalizacja, ciche miejsce, duża wspólna przestrzeń

Kiepskie wyposażenie - uszkodzony czajnik, zepsute łóżko, zdekompletowana zastawa stołowa, brak podstawowych środków czystości, brak deski klozetowej, niekompletna pościel.

Good location, very clean. Good response from contact when called. €12 taxi from the airport.

Ottima posizione e posto auto all interno della struttura
