The location was great as it was less than 100 meters from Railway Station Monte Mario which connects with the Underground network of Rome. Supermarket within 50 meters and excellent inexpensive restaurants nearby. Francesca (the hostess) was readily available on WhatsApp and tried to be helpful. The apartment was very cozy , in a nice neighborhood and there is a very good and inexpensive cafe in the basement ( perfect for breakfast )
1) I have an email stating that transport from the Airport was free of charge but when I tried to arrange it , we were told it was NOT free of charge. We made our own transport arrangements
2) Very Important negative point. We were a couple and two individuals . We had ONLY one set of keys making independent travel movement very difficult. I am sure the owner could supply at least 2 pairs of keys
3) When I made the booking it was stated that there were 2 double beds and a sofa bed. We booked the apartment as we planned the couple would sleep in one bed, one guy on the other bed and the other guy in the sofa bed. On arrival we were told that we could not use the sofa bed, forcing the 2 guys to sleep in the double bed. Since my booking the sofa bed does not appear on the apartment description (quite fairly), but it was quite inconvenient for our company

"The house was clean and comfortable and in a good location. We also liked the fact that there were two bathrooms. Host was helpful and flexible on time of check in."
