Very good location- close to the centre and to the beaches with park. New place, everything is fresh and modern. Landlords are very friendly and responsive. Restaurants and shops are close.
The road to the house is steep, but not long. It was not a problem for us but for old people or families with trolleys might be an obstacle

Thoughtfully equipped. A view through trees to the sea from the terrace. Lovely hosts who were super helpful, friendly and nice people. A beautiful short walk to restaurants, a supermarket and the harbour and old town.

MB11 Rooms was one of the highlights of our stay in Rovinj.
The location is excellent – close enough to reach the old town on foot, yet peaceful and quiet. The view from the terrace overlooking Rovinj is beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset.
The room was modern, spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the terrace was huge, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Cleanliness was easily 10/10.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the late check-out option until 12 pm, which made our departure much more relaxed.
Amenities were great, private parking was convenient, and overall the property exceeded our expectations.
I would happily recommend MB11 Rooms to anyone visiting Rovinj and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing to dislike there.
