We had a wonderful stay at In Parva Domus. The apartment is so quaint, uniquely designed, and full of character. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our absolute favorite feature was the fantastic rooftop terrace, a brilliant sun trap and a great spot to relax! Just a note that there is no sun lounger even the property images display one.
The location is ideal, right on the edge of the historic old town, making it super easy to explore while still allowing vehicle access to drop off luggage. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive.
Note for future guests: Because it's a historic building with a quirky multi-level layout, the stairs are quite steep, which adds to the charm but will not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Wow !!!! and Wow again!!! What a beautiful little apartment! So quaint ! We really fell in love with this little gem. You come in and just see a small room with kitchen & dining table...ok you think, open the windows, get some light in and you see an elevated sitting / TV area. Wow ! again, - beautiful ! what a design!
Then you notice a steep staircase and take a climbing expedition to explore. You'll be rewarded with a very big roof terrace, chairs and tables. Going downstairs again you will find an extremely compact bathroom with a washing machine.
All this at the very edge of the pedestrian precinct old town. Best of both worlds, right in the centre but still having motorised access to the apartment to unload luggage. Parking is extremely limited but you can find some down by the main road. We came by motorbike so could park right outside the door.
Needless to add that the apartment was clean, had safe locks and the owner was easily reachable by Whatsapp.
It just made me laugh to see the main electric consumer unit in the bathroom - lol. Unthinkable to see this in the UK or Germany. Since this apartment is fully licensed I presume that the electrics are compliant with the current Italian regulations and not all Health & Safety nonsense is made by the EU. A refreshing thought.
Other commentators mentioned the narrow and steep stairs for guests with mobility issues. Indeed, although we loved the quaintness of this lay-out , this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Beware of the confusing one-way systems in Bitonto! I wasted many miles just trying to get to the highway.

The owner contacted me shortly before my stay and explained everything in detail. The room was clean and tidy.I will definitely come back to this place because the terrace and the surrounding area were great
One downside is the rather narrow door and the low-slung mezzanine.

The host was incredible. He went above and beyond to look after us. Would 100% recommend 👌
The property is beautiful and great location. Our favourite spot was the rooftop terrace, great sun trap. Very authentic amazing experience.
