An unpleasant accommodation experience and a parking fine made me very unhappy.

The location is good and near the company.

Parking is terrible. The homeowner said I could park on the street, so I left my car there, but I ended up getting a parking ticket (65 +1.5 dollars) the next morning. The room is located in the basement, there are 3 sleeing rooms sharing one kitchen, the washing machine and dryer are right next to your room, so there's no peace and quiet if any other tenant is cooking or doing laundry. At 10:30 p.m., I could clearly hear the beeping sound of the washing machine indicating that the washing was finished, which prevented me from getting a good rest.

The location is near the Square One Shopping Centre.

Nobody approaches us throughout our stay to assist if we need anything or if we have any issues with our accommodation. The 4 upstairs rooms share one bathroom. The ad is not clear because they did not clearly state that the rooms share one bathroom.

Tom was a great host, I couldn't make it on time and I couldn't let Tom know, I write to him too late and ever thought he replied i was so sorry, but he understood and was a great help. Strongly recommended stay.

The beds on room A were too noisy, hopefully that can be fixed soon

Calm location, good communication with the owner, good parking spot, clean sheets, there was a heater in case you feel cold.
