Excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable lounge and dinner arrangements
Our mountain view room was in the basement and the main gas container occupied most of the view.
The Lodge advertised itself as ski-in, ski-out. This was definitely not possible because of the bad snow conditions, but even in normal conditions would be difficult.
Ski-in could be down the summer road from Roller-coaster (if sufficient snow cover), or from the top of the North Perisher T bar (if and when this is open).
Ski-out requires climbing up to the summer road from the lodge (if this has snow cover), and then skiing down to the North Perisher T bar (if open).
The Lodge is not situated on the actual ski slopes.

The lodge is in a beautiful location, that truly provides the snowy mountains feel. The stuff we’re very friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding.
Dinner for the adults could be a little bit earlier. Long days at the snow can be tiring.

The hosts Kylie and Darren were a delight be around. Kudos to the brave couple for looking after e ery guest with a touch of their warm and kind hospitality. The staff resonates the values Kylie & Darren has so meticulously weaved together to give a very unique lodge experience with a tonne of Perisher heritage baked into every interaction and touch point.
We appreciate that the produce could be limited due to supply and logistics challenges and the team did really well to carefully craft the menu during our stay. We weren't a big fan of certain selection but the best thing to do is to communicate with Kylie and Darren before your stay and they will do their best to accommodate your choices.
