Не советую это место, очень дорого и грязно.

Местоположение - близко к каньону. Это единственный плюс.

Очень грязно: грязный пол (не то чтобы не помыли пол, его даже не пропылесосили), грязная не вымытая до конца посуда, расцарапанная сковорода в ужасном состоянии. ОЧЕНЬ жарко внутри на 2 этаже, почти как в сауне, днём было невозможно находится там. Только после того как стемнеет на улице и спадёт жара и кондиционер на максимальной мощности поработает часа 2 можно было находится на 2 этаже.

Aber es scheint noch nicht fertig zu sein. Fenster teilweise grenzwertig. Keine gute handwerkliche Verarbeitung. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Nix für Selbstversorger. Wird dem Preis nicht gerecht. Geruch aus Bad/Abwasser ... da passt was nicht.

La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous ! Les sanitaires étaient propre, mais les sols couverts d'insectes morts, il n'est pas possible de marché nue pied !
