It is a very spacious, elegant, and quiet apartment, tucked away from the busy tourist areas, yet convenient for exploring Milano.
One thing that could be improved is providing cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, and bottle opener). We also could not get the stove to work to make coffee and we could not get the TV to work.

The location is excellent, close to the Duomo, easy access to the train station, metro, trams, walkable. There is an elevator (we had big bags!) and the apartment is HUGE! It is also on the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is cute and easy to navigate. Very sweet and well thought out apartment. The air conditioning was essential as we were there in a massive heatwave, and it works even though it was so crazy hot.
Unfortunately it was 40degrees celsius / 100 degrees F in Milan, and the Air conditioning is only in the living room. 2 fans were provided, and the management didn't realize there were more fans stored under the bed in the second bedroom which we only discovered when leaving. It requires some fan placement engineering to get some cooler air to the bedrooms, which were still cooler than outside, even if not as cool as the living room.

Costó que la calefacción sostenga la temperatura y no había mantas extras.
Cómo sugerencia, el baño compartimentado que tiene dos bachas, debería tener una puerta divisoria para que se puedan utilizar en simultáneo con privacidad
