Thanks to the convenient uncovered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Garden City Beach, or easily tackle the quick 1-minute drive to Pier at Garden City.

After you return, you can unwind at the beach, chill by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had a great view of the beach. We did have a couple of issues. Andrea was difficult to reach by phone and she wasn't very friendly. The AC quit working Thursday morning and they repaired it while we were gone. The dryer wasn't vented properly and raised the temperature in the condo. Also the unit above us was very noisy. It sounded like they were trying to bust through the ceiling.
