In the 'real' Shanghai beneath the high-rise buildings, seeing people as they go about their day, back from main roads. AC was a it strong, especially in the bathroom.
Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tao and May.
Some maps/brochures/helpful tourist information would be good. I would recommend this place to anyone.
