The staff was amazing! And the breakfast was included and was very tasty. Our room was clean and the location was on a more quiet street with cute restaurants and beautiful scenery.

We stayed here two nights as a base for our hiking adventures. While it is not right in the center of the city (but you can access those parts cheaply and easily via taxi) it served our purpose. The neighborhood is upscale residential and quiet. Lots of eating options around as well.

The Suite room with massive tub for 2 was exceptional. Palermo area around hotel was a very clean and updated area very walkable. Highly recommended. A++++. Would certainly call in a 4 star hotel, with 6 star service. Complimentary breakfast was great, french toast was very good.
