Caribe D-1214 is a stunning three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 12th floor, offering breathtaking Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive balconies provide a front-row seat to ever-changing turquoise waters and sugar-white sand—an ideal setting for a luxurious coastal getaway. Guests can elevate their stay with access to five exclusive cabanas, a tiki bar, and start each morning with a freshly brewed coffee at the upscale Cobalt Coffee & Café.
• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring and new laminate flooring are featured throughout the unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes upgraded appliances. The dining table seats six, with four additional bar stools at the breakfast bar, plus a wet bar with an ice maker.
• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
• The living area offers ample seating and direct access to the balcony.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• The third bedroom features two twin beds.
• Boat slips are available for guest use:
– $50 + tax/day for boats 23 ft and under
– $65 + tax/day for boats 24 ft and over
– Boat trailer parking: $25 + tax/day
Registration and proof of insurance must be provided at the front desk. Fees are paid directly to Caribe Resort and are subject to change without notice.
• Five fully furnished cabanas—each equipped with a sectional couch, coffee table, mini fridge, smart TV, two lounge chairs, and wall outlets with USB ports—are available for rent. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy: 10. Rates vary by date and availability.
• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

Gorgeous view of gulf! Very large condo with comfortable furniture. Building is closest to lazy river and tiered pool.

The host was very easy to work with. Room was clean and the views were awesome. Other reviews noted that the condo was minimally stocked, however it was stocked well with all kinds of pots and pans, dishes, etc. The host is upfront with the amount of supplies provided so you can plan accordingly. We’ve stayed at other places that have beach chairs, umbrellas, spices, etc. This is nice, but not necessary. Kids loved trying out the multiple pools at the resort. The Caribe honestly has anything and everything for each person in your party. The trolley was very convenient to get to and from the beach access area. Check-in and out process is a little clunky with having to pick up at a mailbox offsite, but not terrible. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it! Very spacious! Family-friendly! Did have to wait an extra 30 minutes to be able to check-in. Check-in process is a small inconvenience but would not/will not prevent me from booking again! Multiple hot tubs, indoor and out doors pools. Mini golf and basketball and tennis courts available for play. Trip was during our spring break (early April) and it was not crowded.
