With 4 charming bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The farmhouse also features a lovely office space with 2 bunk beds and a basement room with 2 more bunk beds providing additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the quaint and cozy atmosphere as you make use of amenities like a hair dryer, iron, WiFi, AC, washing machine, and heating. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this farmhouse offers a wonderful home away from home. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique house with 3800 sq-ft on a 30 acre Horse Ranch (Warrior Farm and Ranch) with a main bedroom facing pond. Fire pit outside by outdoor swimming pool(Opens from Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend) Hammock, swing tied to tree. with patios, Pond is stocked with fish. If you want, you can ride a horse for a little fee, We have a few goats and chickens. Very nice and quiet place. We have 40 horse stables on the property and are fully booked. Please do not feed the horses

Our family of 10 people spent 5 days at the 5 bedroom house on the horse ranch. The place was roomy and inviting. We would definitely stay there again, assuming the hot water challenges are resolved. There were some other minor issues. The owner communicated that the issues would be addressed.

The ranch was plenty big for our family. There were lots of things for kids to do: fish, swim, ping pong, etc. House did need some repairs-doorknobs fall off or stick, window broken, unfinished bathrooms.

This is a beautiful property with great views. Conveniently located to visit Cincinnati but not stay in the city. There was only one disappointment that a lot of people coming and going. Not private .

The property was lovely and located conveniently to many attractions. The property had a country like setting. The pool was great and the grounds were very peaceful.
